5 Fabulous Chalk Paint Projects

If you haven’t done a DIY chalk paint project yourself, chances are you’ve seen one. And if you’re like us, the final result usually elicits some oohs and aahs!  Chalk paint is usually associated with a rustic, farmhouse, or shabby chic look (which we love – especially when worked into a seaside-inspired decor). But even if you’re over the purposely distressed look, modern finishes are easy to achieve with chalk paint, too.

One of the only drawbacks to chalk paint is that it can be expensive. But guess what? It doesn’t have to be. All of the projects in this post can be done with any paint, just by adding Chalk-Tique powder additive. For the distressed look, use the light or dark paste wax in the final step (and yes, we carry both products!).
