How to Declutter and Organize Any Room of Your Home

Is your home poised for a smooth transition into fall?

Julie Brooks, a local professional organizer and owner of Peaceful Place Organizers, will teach you how to organize any part of your house, once and for all, using the Sort-Edit-ReHome-Containerize method.  Get motivated to clear clutter and reclaim your space!

If you’ve ever struggled with the “should I keep it or store it” question, you won’t want to miss this workshop. Our interior design consultant Maura Jones will be on hand along with Julie to answer your questions, and you’ll walk away with great tips on organizing and decluttering.

About Maura

Maura brings an abundance of design, décor and lifestyle experience to Snow’s – and is thrilled to serve as your personal design consultant.

Maura has worked with a diverse mix of clients who hail from Boston, Chicago and Silicon Valley, but the Cape is home to her. She grew up summering in Eastham and Chatham, and has called Cape Cod her permanent home for the past twenty years. This connection to the Cape – and her keen sense of indoor/outdoor living and entertaining – rings through clearly in her décor and design suggestions and plans.

About Julie

A member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, Julie’s philosophy about home organization is that it has the power to effect positive personal change in all people living in the house.

She approaches organizing your home as both a project manager and hands-on organizer, using online tools to map out and guide her clients’ home organization projects.

Julie has juggled full-time work and raising two children for many years and has a deep understanding of the struggles that her clients face in getting organized. Above all, she is excited about bringing positive change to her clients’ lives by making their homes into sanctuaries of peaceful organization, one space at a time.
